Who should use this?

Adios is suitable for use by adults and the elderly, with one pill taken 3-4 times per day with meals as part of a calorie-controlled diet. It is suitable for use by vegans, and is not recommended for children under the age of 16.

How does it work?

Adios works by acting on the body's metabolism: Adios tablets contain a thyroid stimulant called Fucus which speeds up the body's metabolic rate. In other words, Adios accelerates the rate at which the body converts food stores, e.g. fat, into energy. The active herbal ingredients, Boldo, Butternut and Dandelion Root, contained in Adios work together with Fucus to stimulate the production of bile and secretions in the liver and intestines, and thus help speed up weight loss as part of a sensible calorie-controlled diet.

Adios ingredients also help general wellbeing. Dandelion has long been in Native American and Chinese herbal medicines to treat diseases of the liver. Some modern naturopathic physicians assert that dandelion can detoxify the liver and gallbladder, reduce side effects of medications metabolized (processed) by the liver, and relieve symptoms associated with liver disease. Boldo has been used by the indigenous people of Chiles for many centuries for liver, bowel, and gallbladder troubles. In American herbal medicine systems, boldo is used to stimulate the secretion of saliva, bile flow and liver activity; it's chiefly valued as a remedy for gallstones, liver problems, and gallbladder pain. Recently, in 2002, boldine was reported to have an effect on the cardiovascular system as well. Researchers found that it increased coronary blood flow, depressed cardiac force and heart rate, and had a vasorelaxant effect.
