UK Deliveries
As standard we will send your goods via The Royal Mail for a fixed cost (i.e.
regardless of order size) of £3 for 1st class post. Please allow 5-7 working days
for your deliveries.
International Deliveries
All deliveries outside the UK are currently charged at a fixed cost of £5.99.
This is expected to take 12 working days, but varies country to country.
To track your deliveries please log in as a member and view your purchased items
and their stage in delivery (e.g. in transit). You will also be updated via email.
Cooling-off Period and returns policy for unopened products:
At NaturesMAX.co.uk we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us.
Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. That's why under
our "no quibbles" guarantee if, for any reason you are unhappy with
your purchase, you can return it to us in its original sealed condition within
30 days of the date you received the item and we will gladly exchange it or
supply you with credit.
By law, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within
seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered to you. Please
package the relevant item securely and send it to us with the delivery slip
so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods
to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty.
If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange
for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.
You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process you will not be
able to cancel any contract you have with us for additional services carried
out by us.
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund
the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's
normal postage charge--we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component
of the postage charge.
Dissatisfaction with tried products:
If you have opened and/or used the product and are therefore
unable to return the product, we would still value hearing from you if you have
found the product dissatisfactory for helping with your condition or goals.
